What is new?
I am so slowly getting back to work. I was sick for a month and there are days I am still not at 100% but I have been successful with a few of my projects and I will let you know about future projects too.
Sherri’s Playhouse’s next radio play is; Echoes of the Past by Mary Dee, based on her original books about the adventures of Eva and Zoe, which will be coming out in early February. Above is the beautiful poster for the show. If you have been following our radio plays about Eva and Zoe, this one gives more information about them before they moved to Australia. On Sunday I will launch my interview with wonderful, entertaining and witty Steven L Sears! It is our last interview on Chatting With Sherri, and I am melancholy about that, Steve was one my first guests and has been on my show every single year since it started. I renamed my #booktubevlog #BooksandRadioPlays. It seems a better description. I have two new Vlogs one was already released in celebration of Pride and Prejudice Day;
The reason it is featuring this book from Barnes and Noble when the miniseries with Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle came out, that is because it was my first ever Jane Austen book I had ever read and first adaption I had ever seen. It is very sentimental to me. #booktube #prideandprejudiceday
The second Vlog will be about the centenary of my favorite classic #TheGreatGatsby ! I hope to have that available for you on Sunday. I have decided to share all of my Fitzgerald books, it is not a big collection, but to me, it is very special and beautiful and I hope you enjoy it.
On my writing, I have had some unforeseen delays with my poetry book, I hope to have that out by April this year, which pushes back my children’s book, that will be coming out in the fall.
